Thank you for shopping with Jewelry by Cari! We aim to ensure your jewelry arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once your package ships.


2. Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on customs and destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery progress online.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us at jewelrybycari@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.


6. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost/damaged packages caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at jewelrybycari@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.


7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
